About Us
Miles Property Management was founded in 1993 by Brian Miles and initially the company just delt with leasehold and block management. In 2003 MPM amalgamated with Brian Miles Surveyors and became Miles Property Management (South East) Ltd. In addition to the new surveying department, residential lettings and sales were added to our list of services. It was also decided that we would become a web based company and offer competitive fees whilst retaining high standards of service.

In 2003 Will joined his father Brian to develop MPM's Residential Letting, and Property Management section of the company. He has worked in Residential lettings & Block Management since 2001 and has vast amount of knowledge in the industry. He also looks after the client accounting side of the business. When he is not working in the office he runs a local karate club and holds 5th dan black belt and enjoys teaching the next generation of MartialArtists.

Sadly Brian passed away in August this year and will be greatly missed. Brian had over 60 years experience in the property industry and was a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He had extensive knowledge with the professional services in the construction industry and in Residential Block Management. He had overseen many contracts large & small from large office block constructions to house extensions. He had a great passion for restoration and restored many derelict Grade I & II listed buildings. He was also a former conservation officer for Sussex Heritage Trust.
