How do we keep ourselves competitive?

  • Due to the way we have set up our business we do not have large overheads such as expensive High Street Branches and little fast sign written cars so this can be reflected in our fees to you.
  • We don't have any hidden fees our fees are stated up front and printed in black and white. We don't charge our contractors 10% - 25% commission as a kick back which the contractor will have to build in to the price and ultimately get charged on to the landlord.
